How does it work?
Place your order online, once order has been received, you will be given a confirmation, delivery when our driver will drop off your order - right to your front doorstep. Easy as that!
Is there an order minimum for delivery?
Yes, the order minimum is $50 (16 cans) for delivery. Anything under that can be picked up at our taproom in Vista. See above - Place Order > Vista Taproom Pickup
When will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered right to your front door within 1-2 business days. As of now, we're delivering on weekdays and Saturdays for some locations. You'll choose your delivery day upon checkout.
What if I don't live in California or Nevada?
Keep posted... Right now given the current circumstances, we are only able to deliver within California and Nevada. While we'd love to have the ability to expand our delivery to the entire globe, we're rapidly expanding our fulfillment capabilities.
Do I have to be 21+ to order?
Yes. You will be ID’d upon delivery.
Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?
Yes, someone who is at least 21 years of age will have to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
What if my package does not arrive?
We hope this never happens, but with any issues please email us at email@example.com and we'll take care of you.
What if my package arrives at room temperature?
If your cans arrive at room temperature, don’t be alarmed - get them to the fridge and let the probiotics go back to sleep before they get cranky... Trust us,lactobacillus can be a real booch when woken up... Our shipping routes and times in transit have been created with our product's integrity as our #1 priority.
What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
Please email us as quickly as possible to make any modifications to your order at firstname.lastname@example.org
